The programme is firmly established amongst private client professionals as a definitive guide to the rising stars in the private banking and private asset management sectors. It seeks to identify, recognise and promote these talented individuals – the next generation of leaders in the private banking and asset management sector.

Nominated for the significant contribution he has made during a time of great change and progress, Freddy’s role as Head of Change & Commercial Analytics has seen him play a pivotal role in the commercial success of the business. A member of the executive committee, Freddy was responsible for leading the design, implementation and embedding of a new project prioritisation and delivery framework, in addition to managing a number of other initiatives. He was recently elected chair of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment’s wealth management forum and has recently completed an executive MBA.

Charles Stanley chief executive Paul Abberley said, “Freddy’s inclusion in PAM’s Top 40 under 40 is a reflection of the skill, insight and professional expertise he has harnessed to consistently produce excellent results. He is a valuable asset to our business and I am delighted he has earned this deserved recognition alongside industry peers.”
