Sean's Biography

Sean started his financial services career over 25 years ago and held a number off sales and senior roles during at AVIVA, Aegon and Legal and General. In April 2011, Sean moved to Suffolk Life, part of the L&G Group, as a member of its Executive Committee where he worked as Head of Sales. In December 2018 Sean joined Charles Stanley as Head of National Accounts, before moving to his current role as Group Head of Sales in May 2021. Sean is responsible for driving Charles Stanley's development and distribution across multiple channels of the UK market. Outside of work Sean is married with two children and enjoys spending time with his young family and exploring somewhere new.

Tom's Biography

Tom joined Charles Stanley in September 2022 as Head of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to joining, he worked at Quilter for 22 years where he held a number of roles, namely their BDM working with national advice businesses and networks, the Regional Sales Manager for the SW region and he also spent 4 years as their Head of Marketing. Tom is responsible for developing new strategic partnerships with financial adviser firms in the UK to help them deliver standout investment solutions to their clients. Outside work Tom loves to ski in the winter, play golf when the sun is out and run around after his 4 sons.

Michael's Biography

Michael joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in May 2023. Prior to that Michael worked in business development for Old Mutual, Premier Miton Investors and most recently 7IM. His previous roles covered investments, pensions and platforms as well as building relationships and providing technical support to IFAs. His role at Charles Stanley covers the South of England working on the telephone business development team. In his spare time you can find Michael spending time with his wife and dog or cooking in the kitchen.

Rizwan's Biography

Rizwan joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in October 2023. Prior to joining Charles Stanley Rizwan was a holistic financial advisor with St. James’s Place Wealth Management working with HNWI and corporate clients in London. Rizwan’s role at Charles Stanley is focused on the development of relationships and advisory businesses in the Midlands, North, Scotland & Norther Ireland. Rizwan is DipPFS qualified and holds a Bsc in Financial Economics.

Keith's Biography

Keith joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in January 2013. Prior to that, Keith worked at Aviva for 26 years as a Business Development Manager. Keith is DipPFS qualified, holding amongst others, the G60 Pensions and G20 Investment examinations. Keith's role within Charles Stanley is to focus on the development of Financial Advisor business across East Anglia working closely with the local Investment Managers.

Stewart's Biography

Stewart joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in March 2019 having previously worked at Aviva for 22 years as a Business Development Manager. Stewart is responsible for Charles Stanley’s relationship with the Independent Financial Adviser market across Scotland & Northern Ireland, focusing on business development from new and existing relationships. Stewart lives in Edinburgh, is married with three grown up children and enjoys all sports in particular football and when time permits a game of golf.

Matthew's Biography

Matt joined the Charles Stanley Intermediary Sales team in 2019. Prior to this, he worked at Scottish Widows for over 10 years specialising in Corporate & Individual Pensions. Matt has a Psychology Degree and is DipPFS qualified. Matt covers the South & South East region and works in conjunction with local investment managers and the asset management Team in order to develop intermediary relationships & business growth across Charles Stanley investment services.

Nick's Biography

Nick has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years, working across all lines of distribution in the intermediary space. 13 years with Aviva and 8 years with Heartwood Asset Management has also meant that Nick has experience in working with large asset managers and small boutique firms. He has a focus on helping IFAs navigate through the ever-changing regulatory landscape and ensuring required outcomes are achieved for business and their clients.

Tim has an Economics degree and is DipPFS qualified. Mark is a Strategic Partnerships Business Manager. Mark has 10 years’ experience in the wealth and asset management industries; working with a wide range of teams and departments to deliver the commercial goals of the various stakeholders. Prior to Charles Stanley, Mark worked for a boutique asset management firm as an analyst, focusing on listed infrastructure and Asian equities. He has a Masters degree in Economics from Rhodes University (South Africa).
